If you need to cancel, return, or request a refund, please review the policy below.

Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] or call (888) 503-0618 within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • If the order has already shipped, a transaction or restocking fee may apply depending on the payment method.
  • Cancellation requests are processed during business days and business hours only. To avoid delays, please submit requests promptly within these times.

Returns and Refunds

Defective Products

  • If your product is defective due to a CADPXS issue, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
  • CADPXS will cover all shipping costs for approved defective returns.
  • Returned products will undergo an inspection to verify the reported issue.

Non-Defective Returns

  • If you wish to return a product due to a mistaken purchase or because you no longer need the item, the product must be unopened and unused.
  • Opened items are not eligible for return unless confirmed defective.
  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
  • Any damage caused while the product is in your possession or during return transit may reduce or void your refund.
  • CADPXS reserves the right to decline return requests in specific cases.

Refund Approval

  • Once your return is approved, refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exclusions

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund does not appear within 5 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If your original payment method is no longer active (e.g., lost or canceled card), please contact your bank to redirect the funds.
