Water Damage Restoration Commercial restoration

CADPXS has the ultimate equipment to quickly restore your property to pre-water damage condition. They use a scientific approach to water removal and restoration that focuses on monitoring and documenting the drying process from start to finish.

Do you have water damage?

Call (888) 928-1380 or email them today at: support@cadpxs.com

Every water damage is a little different and requires a unique solution, but the general process remains the same.

Step 1 - Emergency Contact

When you call, our specialist will walk you through some questions that will help CADPXS respond to your water emergency more quickly and efficiently. This initial contact is an important part of a quick, effective recovery.

Step 2 - Water Damage Inspection and Assessment

You should carefully inspect the water damage in your property and determine the type of water damage and the areas affected. This is a critical step in creating an effective action plan that will lead to a successful recovery.

Step 3 - Water Removal / Water Extraction

Water removal typically involves removing hundreds of thousands of gallons of water using our powerful pumps and vacuums. CADPXS begins this process as soon as possible to minimize further damage and prevent mold growth.

Step 4 - Drying and Dehumidification

After most of the water has been removed, CADPXS uses specialized equipment to remove the hard-to-reach water. They use less invasive, scientific drying methods to pull the remaining water and moisture out of your property using air movers and dehumidifiers.

Step 5 - Cleaning and disinfecting

Water damage also affects your property, such as furniture, clothing and personal belongings. CADPXS can clean recoverable items with a variety of specialized cleaning techniques. They also disinfect with antimicrobial treatments and eliminate odors with industrial air scrubbers and foggers.

Step 6 - Restoration

The final step is restoring your home or business to its pre-water damage condition. The restoration step can be relatively minor, such as replacing some drywall, or it can involve major reconstruction, such as rebuilding entire rooms in a home or business.
