Shipping Policy

At CADPXS, we work to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered safely. Please review our shipping terms below.

Domestic Shipping

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Standard delivery takes 5–14 business days, depending on location.
  • In the event of high order volumes, CADPXS will notify you by email or phone with updated shipping information.

Important Notes:

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may delay processing.
  • Unexpected delays (e.g., weather, carrier issues) may occasionally occur.

2. Shipping Locations

  • Orders are shipped from CADPXS’ U.S. warehouses or Amazon FBA inventory.
  • If a delivery address change is requested after an order has shipped, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

3. Damages During Transit

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, CADPXS will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • If damage is discovered after opening the package, please contact us immediately.
  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for claims.
  • Please keep the original packaging and all included items until your case is resolved.

International Shipping

At this time, CADPXS ships orders within the continental United States only. Shipping is currently unavailable for Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations due to high freight costs.
