Orders must be paid in full before shipping. Once payment is confirmed, a legally binding contract is formed.

CADPXS is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

II. Company Responsibilities

If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to provide alternatives, offer a refund, or adjust your order.

3. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Standard delivery is within 5–14 business days after payment verification.
Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, CADPXS will provide prompt updates.
Once your order is delivered and signed for, responsibility for the product transfers to you.

4. Delivery Charges

Product prices generally include standard shipping fees unless otherwise specified for larger or customized projects.

III. Other Matters

1. Ownership and Risk Transfer

Responsibility for loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered. If damage occurs during shipping under CADPXS’ carrier, we will replace the product at no cost. If you use your own carrier, liability transfers once the product leaves our warehouse.

2. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting CADPXS support.
If canceled while in transit, products must remain unopened and returned safely at your expense. Refunds are issued within 14 business days after inspection.
If the product is damaged while in your possession or that of your carrier, you are responsible for the associated costs.

3. Consumer Rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If:

A product is out of stock,
Your shipping address cannot be served,
An order is not delivered within 14 business days without notice from CADPXS, We will contact you immediately with options for resolution.
