It features a high-efficiency compressor that allows it to produce an airflow of 210 CFM. It is simple to program the unit and will guarantee to control the humidity to desired levels. As it does this, it automatically purges water through a hose. What is more, is that it provides for manual water drainage overrides you can use if the need arises.
The LGR PRO dehumidifier has the capacity to bring humidity to 20%. It means that it is capable of creating a dry condition to allow water to migrate under a subsurface. This is vital in helping to prevent the growth of mold and mildew. When combined with air scrubbers and air movers, it forms a reparative system that will easily maintain your property.  The unit weighs 62.8 lbs only and is portable. Easy to use. Highly recommended.

My husband has chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Even if the oxygen is turned on, the humid air will make him breathless. We run 3 of them (his bedroom, kitchen and guest room) at home. Our experience is that they can be used for many years and are very reliable. Moreover, the disassembly and cleaning of the filter is very convenient.

CADPXS Reply: Dear Kennedy, I'm glad it can help with your family's health.

    Smell was gone!

I am in a house on the ocean and the bedrooms downstairs had a smell. The smell was even in the clean sheets on the beds and I could tell guests didn’t think it was clean no matter how much I scrubbed and washed! This unit got mixed reviews. I only purchased because a friend had purchased this for her home and loved it. It arrived in its own box was packed very well and was ready to use right out of the box! I plugged it in and let the machine do its job. Within a day I could tell the humidity was much lower and the smell was almost gone! AMAZING! So far I have had no problems!

CADPXS Reply: Dear Stevens, hidden molds are hard to find, but you can seek professional help to eliminate them better.

It's so quiet. I love it.

I have been using a dehumidifier in the basement for many years, and it’s so loud that you can’t even hear people talking. The noise level is similar to a mixer filled with ice cubes. It has been like this since the day of purchase. I used it in the basement, Although it is annoying, it does reduce the humidity, so I used it. Recently I needed a new one for the family room, so I read many reviews to find the quietest one. I still think it will still be very loud, but if possible, I want to minimize the noise. It is almost silent. I had to check it several times to make sure it was indeed open. I am not sure how much water it collects in a day, because I am very busy, and I use the gift hose to pour the collected water directly into the floor drain. I am a very satisfied customer. It's so quiet, I decided to buy another one to replace the one in the basement.

CADPXS Reply: Dear Ellis, Loud noises are really annoying, so we have done a lot of work in this area, and thank you for liking our products.

    Happy with this machine.

My 1000 square foot apartment, ground floor apartment always has humidity issues. My standalone humidity reader was recorded between 65-70 Rh, which was too much, and my otherwise clean apartment was having a musty smell. This unit saved the day. I keep it set at 45 and my gauge, which is in the other room, now reads 45-50 Rh. It is a great level because I don't like feeling dried up. With 40 Rh and under I start feeling dry eyes, cotton mouth, dry skin, etc. Anyway, this dehumidifier is perfect. I had a cheap one that died and I believe it used the same amount of energy while removing the same or more amount of humidity.

CADPXS Reply: Dear Kelly, An environment with a humidity of about 45% in summer is always comfortable, please keep it above 50% in winter.

    I'm very satisfied.

In our 2,000 sq.ft crawl space, A&C ducts were sweating, wood moisture content was at 17.5%, insulation was beginning to sag. The crawl space has a moisture barrier over the entire ground; and 19 crawl space vents. I sealed all the vents with 2” foam board and “goop" and put the unit in the crawl space about 2 weeks ago, with a hose to the outside. I leveled it, turned it on and set it to 55% humidity. It has been running continuously and is currently showing 59% humidity. Water continually discharged, even when the A&C without running. The difference is amazing. No more sweating ducts! Wood moisture content is at about 15.5 %. I am hoping for a wood moisture content of about 12% (+/-2%) after it has been in service for a little longer but it will take a while. If this unit has a long service life, I will be a VERY satisfied customer. If it doesn't I WILL come back and let you know.

    It helped a lot.

This is my second one. The first one is still working, a little louder. I live in a mobile home. It can indeed suck out the moisture in the air, and the effect is surprisingly good. Living in Florida, the humidity is always terrible, and terrible. If I let this thing run factory settings, it will keep the humidity in my home at 50%. Now, I have changed the setting to 40%. The first one I bought I eventually moved it to the living room. I mainly put it in my room, but now it is also in the living room. When you open it for the first time, you will notice the noise. It is very quiet and you won't really notice it. But after 6 months it is a bit more noticeable. Seeing the noise I like is not a deal breaker for me. I run both at the same time, and my problem is zero. The air conditioner makes me feel cold, and the dehumidifier keeps the excess moisture away. I bought another such dehumidifier for my bedroom. Because my room is not that big. I recommend buying a hygrometer that can read humidity. It can also remove unpleasant odors. I have no real complaints about this matter. I would recommend it to anyone.

    Every Home Should Have One

I bought this to put in a basement room we are building.
While we were waiting for the room to be insulated, I unpackaged, this and put it in our house. It was last winter in Florida, and the humidity was low. My wife thought I was crazy saying it wouldn't even draw any water out of the air. Surprise, it draws so much out!
My wife has now told me to order another one for the new room and keep this one in our house. The house feels drier, cleaner and it's actually cleared up an issue we were having with sneezing, probably due to the amount of moisture in the air

    Worth it!

This is a powerful little machine. I live in a very small home, in a very damp area. I leave it running 24/7 and the Condenser pump saves me the time of pouring water. I love the digital display, telling me they humidity level. Nice bonus.

    I recommend it

This dehumidifier works great and quite. I have a small basement and have a guest room. This one perfect for the space and work better than my old one. And have drained hole can be used to drain the water.

    Excellent!

Excellent! At first, I thought I bought a size too small, I own the 1000 square feet version. The dehumidifier is located in the basement, which is about 700 square feet. However, that was the first few days of removing humidity, where I emptied it every 8 hours or so. After the humidity was lowered to the set 55%, it would only run sporadically and would take a week to fill.

    So Far So Good

I purchased this unit to reduce the humidity in our house. I live in NC and the amount of rain and related humidity have been higher than normal this year. The dehumidifier unit performs very well and in a 24 hour period reduced the humidity in our home from near 80% to the mid 50% range. Our house is sort of spread out so I run it in the largest of rooms.

    Satisfied with this dehumidifier

Very satisfied with this dehumidifier. We have a water issue in our crawlspace that we are working to resolve but our hardwood floors were cupping as a result. This dehumidifier has run 24/7 on continuous high speed for a month strong. Hardwood floors are back smooth and the house feels more comfortable. I probably wouldn't have bought a dehumidifier had I did not have the crawlspace issue but after now having it I couldn't go back. The a/c feels much cooler so we were able to raise the thermostat temp and still achieve our comfort temp.

    It's still working really well.

I can't tell you how many dehumidifiers I've gone through over the last 25 years- specifically the stand alone 40-50 pint models. A really good one might last 2-3 years. So far this one has performed flawlessly and quietly.

Awesome machine, well made and thought out

I received it quickly, plugged it in, turned it on. I set the RH point at 45% because my basement was damp, humid and the old dehumidifier died. Now my basement is dry and comfortable. Awesome machine. I like the extra features.

CADPXS Reply: Quick and effective dehumidification is our mission.
