Powerful Crawl Space dehumidifier, gets rid of moisture easily! This dehumidifier was excellent. The large-capacity and drain pump is a game-changer. IU put the product in my basement, and it was effective in getting rid of the mouse. I loved how eays ot was to set up and start using. The product quality also felt amazing. It shows the efficiency and rate of water on the screen in the front. Overall, I recommend this product.

Talk about a lot of power for the price! This thing really pumps out water! I am working on my Crawl Space and live in the southern US where the summers get really humid. I am installing this during the winter to test it out before we have a very human spring next year while I am replacing the insulation and encapsulating the crawlspace. I also bought a suspension mount to hang this from the rafters, so I did not need to use the internal pump and could have a gravity drain directly out of our crawlspace and connect into our French drains. It has a five-year warranty and I’m hopeful to run this 4 to 6 hours a day for the next 5 to 10 years

Powerful Moisture Removal—but a Few Things to Improve I recently installed the CADPXS 145-pint crawlspace dehumidifier in my basement and it’s been doing a seriously good job. After running it for a week, the air feels noticeably drier, the musty smell has pretty much disappeared, and I feel more confident about storing things down there without worry. The built-in pump, automatic defrost, and drain-hose setup take a lot of the hassle out of dealing with water buckets and manual drainage. The unit is solidly built with metal casing and the display/control panel is intuitive to use—setting the target humidity and timer was simple. The size was also smaller than I expected for this capacity, so it fitted under the joists in my crawl space better than many other units I checked out. I appreciate that it’s certified (cETL) and designed for commercial-grade use—feels like it’ll last. That said, there are a couple of things I wish were better. First, the noise level is higher than I thought—while it’s not ridiculously loud, you definitely hear it if the basement is right under a living space. Second, for such a “145-pint” unit, the true output at realistic basement conditions is less than the saturation claim (which is expected), but I found that in humid weekends it still took some time to reach my desired humidity level. Overall, if you’re dealing with a damp basement, crawl space or storage area and need something heavy duty, this dehumidifier is a strong choice. Just be aware you may need to account for noise and manage expectations about performance in very high humidity.

  1. Dry space and no dumping required

I used this to dry out my crawl space and it’s working great. It’s already Less damp feeling downstairs and the pump is super nice since I have having to empty those things out.

It runs super quiet too. I can’t even tells it’s ok down there unless I’m in the crawl space
    With it.

Over all I’m a big fan & would recommend

Very effective. It is also relatively light weight and not too bulky.
