Great! Reliable dehumidifier.
Our basement had a very bad humidity problem, with an unpleasant odor and mold starting to grow rapidly. We opted for a store-bought dehumidifier that failed and we were left with a damp basement. After extensive research we found this basement dehumidifier and within a couple of hours of letting it run we noticed the humidity dropping. After a week of letting the unit run the odor completely disappeared. I definitely recommend this dehumidifier for any basement or crawlspace.

It arrived on time and was well packed without damage. We let it sit for 24 hours and then use it as directed. Since then, it has worked perfectly in our basement, cleared a lot of water, and mold has not grown again.

I purchased this product to reduce the humidity in our basement storage room, which has an outward door.
Humidity causes mold. I got this unit and the initial reading was about 70%. It drops to 50% in a short time. The feel and smell of the room are better. The device comes with a drain pipe. So far so good. I would recommend this product based on the first three weeks of use.
